Concept or Drawing Review – Evaluate customer drawings, samples, or product concepts.
Product and Tool Design – Develop product structure, mould structure, parting lines, draft angles, wall thickness, and ejection solutions.
MoldFlow and DFM Analysis – Assess filling behavior, pressure, weld lines, air traps, shrinkage, deformation, and sink-mark risks.
Mould Manufacturing – Produce moulds using in-house machining resources and controlled tooling processes.
Sample Validation – Complete first-article inspection and confirm part quality before production release.
Injection Moulding and Secondary Operations – Produce parts and integrate required assembly, fastening, welding, tape application, engraving, or other post-processing operations.
