PP-TD20 is the primary material, offering excellent impact and weather resistance, making it suitable for exterior components such as bumpers and grilles. This material maintains excellent toughness even at low temperatures, and, combined with the internal ribbed structure, enhances overall collision safety. The injection molding process is stable, resulting in high dimensional accuracy, and the surface can be painted or unpainted to meet diverse aesthetic requirements.

It is widely used in front fascia systems for passenger cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles, adapting to a variety of vehicle platforms. Care should be taken to avoid prolonged exposure to strong UV rays to prevent surface degradation.
